The wind blew strong, a storm approaching form the east. A lone wolf stood still, his paws settled in the grassy earth. Above him stood a horse, herr name Chidori and his Archer. They had come here for Chidori to find peace and be with here own, but now she saw none. It was eerie to be there, but with a storm blowing in the weather would be getting worse and shelter would be scarce. Archerr's stomach growled, but he did not move. His legs hurt from old wounds still unhealed. A sigh escaped from Chidori as she let a few tears fall form her eyes. No she was not sadm just disappointed.
The mare had wanted to see others like her, to know she was not the last of her kin on this earth. Her back shuddered as a cold breeze ruffled her fur. They needed to move there location anew. Archer was weak and could do little. Chidori knew this, laying down to let him mount her back.She stood up once more, ignoring the stabbing pains in here sides under Archer's unusually heavily weight. She scanned the surroundings with light orbs. On her, Archer sniffed then air. The horse heard a crack and tne a thunderous boom. She saw rain start to pour down on the otherr end of the grasslands.
Her legs suddnely gained speed as she took off at great speed. A low tree was her destination. It was twenty yards away and she hoped to make it before the rain hit them. She reared in her quick pace, causing Archer to almost slide off. He grunted and dug his claws into her. She flet her blood seeped onto the earth. A battle was raging behind her with only a few feet to go. Chidori jumped adntumbled under the tree, her immense body msiing Archer by mere seconds. Archer slide sideways under thenthickest branches. All he could do was roll his eyes before he fell deep into a slumber.
Her sides pounding, lungs exhilerated. She loved ot race the rain, though she hadn't considered Archer sliding off. She laid on her stoach in tipical horse fashion. Her teeth bared at a squirrel as she grabbed at it. The horse tossed ovr to Archer who, upon smeeling it caugt it and ate the creature in a few bites. Chidori watched the rain fall. It was transe inducing to the mare how rain could be so harmful if let continued. Her tail batted flies that mad ean attempt to chew on her side.
I guess this is where I will live now, besides, Archer is on no danger of wolves here. In a few days time, he will be able to hunt again as well as walk. This is my land to claim for the time being
Chidori smiled at her own thoughts. She claimed the Alderon Mustang land for her own. She had declared herself the lead mare since she saw no otherrs to inhabit it. Of course, Surprises were unexpected when you did not know. For Chidori was sson to be joined by otherrs, or so she hoped.

The Lead Stallion, Roswell walked on his homeland. His black mane swaing in the wind. He then smelt another horse, a mare. He smerked, as he smelt her scent.
'Trying to claim my land are we?"
He smerked, and galloped off to her location. He trotted up to the mare. Head held high, and ears slightly perked forward. He looked at her with his brown eyes. He pawed the ground with his hoof. Sun shining on his tan and black coat. He whinnied a bit.
"I am Roswell, Leader of the land, who are you?"

Archer, being an ex-assassin awoke as he heard Roswell move closer. His teeth were bared, but the injuires he had substained were not meant for a fight. Instead, he sat dwon, his voice raspy with sleep as he eyed the plains.
Chidori, we are not alone. I small and hear another"
She stared down at her canine companion. As if to prove what he said, Roswell came gallpong up to her. The wolf below let out a snalr, only to feel Chidori's tail flick him in the face.
"I am Roswell, Leader of the land, who are you?"
She thought Duh!, who else could you be The mare nodded to Archer and he stood.
"I am Chidori, thats Archer. I saw no others, so I claimed the land for my own, but now your here and I will give it to you"
